Tomás Postigo, lenda de Ribera del Duero e fundador da Pago de Carraovejas, dirige desde 2008 a sua própria adega em Peñafiel, assinando cada garrafa com o seu nome. Este blend expressivo de Tinto Fino, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot e Malbec provém de vinhas em grande altitude. Estagia 12 meses em carvalho francês, e a colheita manual com tratamento delicado por gravidade garante a máxima qualidade.
