A Mediterranean vermouth from the heart of Valencia, made from aromatic Muscat grapes from the Vall de Pop valley. Produced by Bodegas Xaló, it combines the natural sweetness of the grapes with the maceration of local herbs – such as rosemary, thyme, anise, and citrus peels.
It has a deep amber-chestnut colour with copper highlights. On the palate: balanced, herbaceous-sweet, with elegant bitterness and a fresh, long finish. Perfect as an aperitif – with ice and a slice of orange – or as a base for cocktails.
Awarded gold at PROAVA 2023, this vermouth is the essence of Mediterranean style and local passion.
