Cims de Porrera Vi de Villa Blanc is a white wine from the village of Porrera, made from grapes grown on the region’s distinctive licorella (slate) soils. Hand-harvested and carefully selected, the grapes macerate with their skins in stainless-steel tanks using an infusion method. The wine ages about 8 months in glass demijohns and then matures for 2 years in the bottle.
