Parajes del Valle Maceración Macabeo is an organic orange wine produced by the winery of the same name in the Manchuela wine region. It is made 100% from the Macabeo variety, sourced from vineyards 25-40 years old, located at an altitude of 850 meters. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected at the winery. The wine ferments with its skins on the lees in concrete tanks for 15 days, which gives it its distinctive orange color.
