For those orders in Poland that exceed 300zl of value and those that are personally collected by our customers in our Ibernia store, located in the city of Krakow (Street Urzednicza 37 Local 1), shipping costs will be totally free.

Deliveries in Krakow

For deliveries in Krakow if you place your order before 16:00 we will deliver the order that same day. In case you do it after 4:00 pm, the order will be delivered the next day.

Deliveries in Krakow will be made from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In case you need the order to be delivered in another time slot or at a specific time, send us an email to info@ibernia.pl with the order number in the subject.

The cost of this shipping method is 10 zł

Delivery time

We promise to deliver your order in a maximum of 2-3 business days to any point in Poland, if the product is in stock. If the order is placed outside Poland, the delivery time will be between 7 and 10 business days. Your order will always be monitored and we can tell you when the process is.

And why are shipping costs not always free?

Very simple, because from the first moment we have tried to flee from juggling and half-truths as increasing the price of products to subtract them from shipping.

We want to differentiate ourselves from the rest, putting at your fingertips the best quality products guaranteeing the best price for you and a profit margin as tight as possible for us, because that's how we really all win: you, us and our suppliers.

Do not fool yourself, what you usually stop charging in postage in other virtual stores, you are paying them indirectly on the product you buy, and that for us is not transparency.
