  1. General Provisions

    • These regulations define the terms of using the store, placing orders, delivery, returns, and complaints.

    • The owner of the store is IBERNIA Sp. z o.o., ul. Urzędnicza 30, Kraków, Poland, KRS: 0000758117, NIP: 6772439532.

  2. Orders and Payments

    • Orders can be placed online 24/7.

    • Payment methods include bank transfer, cash on delivery, personal pickup, or electronic payment.

  3. Delivery

    • Orders are delivered via courier or Polish Post.

    • Pickup is available at the physical store in Kraków (Urzędnicza 30).

    • Delivery is usually made within 1–3 business days in Poland.

  4. Returns and Withdrawal

    • Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

    • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

    • Some products are excluded (e.g., perishables or unsealed hygiene items).

  5. Complaints and Warranty

    • Complaints must be submitted by email to ibernia@ibernia.pl or to the store address.

    • The store will respond within 14 days.
