Orders are delivered via courier or Polish Post.

Pickup is available at the physical store in Kraków (Urzędnicza 30).

Delivery is usually made within 1–3 business days in Poland.

Returns and Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

Some products are excluded (e.g., perishables or unsealed hygiene items).

Complaints must be submitted by email to ibernia@ibernia.pl or to the store address.

The store will respond within 14 days.
