Parajes del Valle Maceración Macabeo es un vino naranja ecológico producido por la bodega del mismo nombre en la región vinícola de Manchuela. Está elaborado 100% con la variedad Macabeo, de viñedos de entre 25 y 40 años, situados a una altitud de 850 metros. Las uvas se cosechan a mano y se seleccionan cuidadosamente en la bodega. El vino fermenta con sus pieles sobre las lías en depósitos de hormigón durante 15 días, lo que le otorga su característico color naranja.
