El tajín es una popular mezcla mexicana de chiles, lima y sal. Se suele utilizar para dar un sabor picante a frutas, verduras y aperitivos como patatas fritas y palomitas de maíz. Es conocido por su combinación única de sabores que realza el gusto de diversos platos.
