La Pasta de Chile Pasilla es un ingrediente rico y versátil elaborado a partir de chiles Pasilla secos, apreciados por su picor suave y sus característicos matices ahumados, afrutados y con notas de regaliz. Esta pasta de textura suave se obtiene rehidratando los chiles Pasilla y mezclándolos con cebolla, ajo, aceite y condimentos seleccionados. Es perfecta para aportar auténtico sabor mexicano y profundidad a salsas, marinados y numerosas recetas tradicionales.
Usos: Salsas, marinados, condimentos, potenciador de sabor.
Ingredientes: Agua, chile Pasilla, aceite vegetal, cebolla, ajo, sal, azúcar, acidulante (E330), extracto de levadura, conservante (E202).
